For gentle exercises such as yoga, pilates and other soft exercises, choose sportswear in soft and unstructured fabric. This will allow good unobstructed or unrestricted movement. But if exercises involve lying on the floor, you should choose fabric that does not rub against your skin. A simple top with an integrated bra for low impact sport will give your chest the protection and support it needs. And you can look stylish as well.
